Connecting Fillout to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Fillout connects to PYLO so that:

• Every Fillout submission arrives as a lead, matched to the person PYLO already has, with its UTMs.
• Application to booking for each Fillout form.

Connecting

Fillout connects by an address PYLO gives you, which the tool posts to. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Fillout.

1. Create the address below and copy it.
2. In Fillout, open the form, then Integrate, then Webhook, and paste the address as the endpoint.
3. Make sure the form asks for an email. Pass UTMs and pylo_form as URL parameters and they arrive with each submission.
4. Submit the form once. This page says connected when that submission arrives.

What PYLO reads

• Each submission's answers, by question name
• URL parameters and hidden fields, such as UTMs and pylo_form

It does not read:

• Uploaded files and signatures, which stay in Fillout
• Payments and scheduling taken inside the form
