Connecting Airtable to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Airtable connects to PYLO so that:

• A client's history in an Airtable base, imported as leads and calls, so their dashboards start with their past rather than empty.

Connecting

Airtable connects by signing in to it from PYLO (OAuth). Open Settings, then Integrations, then Airtable.

What PYLO reads

• Bases shared with the connected account
• Each table's fields and records

It does not read:

• Bases not shared with the account that connected
• Changes made after an import, until the next one

Is it working?

The Airtable tile on the Integrations screen shows its state. An import ran in the last 30 days. Pull-based, so silence is weak evidence either way.

It shows as incomplete when:

• Airtable is not authorised
• no base is selected
• no table is selected
• no fields are mapped, so an import would read nothing

If it has gone quiet: Run an Airtable import from settings if you expect leads from it.
