Payments
Every payment plan and instalment still to collect, with overdue plans first and tools to mark payments collected.
Payments lists every active payment plan in your workspace and what still needs collecting, with overdue plans at the top. It is where you chase late payers, mark instalments collected, send payment links and log money that arrived outside a payment processor.
Who can open it
Every signed-in member can open Payments. Owners, admins and ops see every plan, with the closer on each. Closers and setters see only the instalments attributed to them.
The top cards
- Overdue instalments is the total of the next unpaid instalment on each overdue plan, with how many payers and how many days late the oldest is. When nothing is overdue it reads "Nothing overdue. You're clear."
- Due this week is the total of pending instalments due in the next seven days, with the next one's amount and date.
- Plan completion is cash collected divided by contract value across all the plans listed.
- Payment punctuality is not calculated yet.
Payment plans
Each row is one plan: payer, programme, cash collected, remaining balance, next instalment, status, verification and actions.
- Status is Paid in full once collected covers the contract value, Overdue when the next instalment's due date has passed, and On track otherwise.
- Verification is Verified by processor when a payment processor confirmed the money collected, and Needs confirming when some of it was not confirmed by one.
Filter by Overdue, Due soon, Paid in full or Needs verifying, by closer and by payment method, or search by payer or programme. On the Pro plan you can export the table.
From a row's actions you can:
- Mark payment as collected, choosing the payment method and amount, then Confirm collected.
- Send a payment link, which generates a link to copy to the client. For a deal on a Whop split-pay plan, send the same Whop instalment link rather than creating a one-off charge.
- Open every instalment on the plan from the lead's Payments tab.
Closers and setters can only take these actions on instalments attributed to them.
Manually reported payments
Log a manual payment records money a person says arrived, for example by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. Enter how it was paid, the amount, the date received, the lead if there is one and a note on where it came from. These appear under Manually reported, marked as not confirmed by any payment processor. Reps cannot attribute a logged payment to somebody else.
Some processors do not share everything with PYLO, and when that is the case a line under the page title says what PYLO does not hold.
Common questions
Why is a plan listed as Paid in full when instalments remain? A plan is settled once the cash collected covers the contract value, whatever the schedule still shows.
Why does Plan completion show a pending mark? There are no plans with a contract value to measure against yet.
