Agency settings
Rename your agency, see its fixed account details, and issue or revoke the tokens that let AI agents work across your workspaces.
Agency settings covers your agency account as a whole. Settings for a single client workspace live inside that workspace, under Settings.
Who can open it
Any member of an agency on the Pro plan can open the page and read it. Renaming the agency and issuing or revoking tokens are for agency operators. Anyone else sees the name read only, with a note to ask whoever set up the agency account.
Agency name
The name is what your team sees in Agency OS and on your invoice.
- Type the new name into Name. It can be up to 120 characters.
- Press Save name. Everyone in the agency sees the new name.
Renaming changes the name only. Nothing you have shared stops working.
Account details
Account reference and Created are fixed when the agency is set up and cannot be edited. Workspace transfers and other links use the account reference rather than the name, which is why a rename cannot break them.
Agent tokens
The page has two token sections, both headed Agent tokens. A token is shown once when it is issued, so copy it straight away: PYLO keeps only a fingerprint and cannot show it again.
The first, shown to operators only, is for an agent that works across your agency's workspaces. It names a workspace on every request and can never reach another agency's. To issue one, give it a name, tick what it may do and press Create agent token. The choices are:
- Read figures, leads, calls and payments
- Preview configuration changes as a plan
- Apply approved configuration plans
- Create links for connecting tools
- Draft and file forms
- Run test leads
- Manage tokens
The second is for an AI agent that sets up workspaces for the agency. Its choices are Read, Plan, Apply and Issue workspace tokens. Without Apply, whatever the agent proposes goes to Plans for a person to approve. Every member can see these tokens, with their permissions and when each was made and last used, but only operators can issue or revoke them.
Press Revoke beside a token to stop it at once.
The kill switch
Revoke every agent token in the first section revokes, in one action, every agent token for the agency, every workspace's API tokens, and every app signed in with PYLO in any of its workspaces. Agents, Claude connectors and embedded apps stop working on their next request and each has to be set up again. The second section has its own button of the same name for its tokens.
