SavvyCal
Connecting SavvyCal to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
SavvyCal connects to PYLO so that:
- Every SavvyCal booking, reschedule and cancellation files as a call, exactly as a Calendly one does, so show rate and no-show rate work for a workspace not on Calendly.
Connecting
SavvyCal connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then SavvyCal.

| Personal access token | In SavvyCal, open Settings, then Developers, and create a personal access token. PYLO only reads with it. |
| Webhook signing secret | In SavvyCal, open Settings, then Webhooks, add a webhook with the address shown on this card, and paste its signing secret here. |
What PYLO reads
- Bookings made on the account's links, with the invitee, the host and the time
- Reschedules and cancellations, with the reason when one was given
It does not read:
- Whether the invitee turned up, which SavvyCal does not record; a closer's post-call form says
- Answers to a link's questions, which PYLO does not read yet
