Fathom
Connecting Fathom to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
Fathom connects to PYLO so that:
- Every recorded sales call's transcript arrives on its PYLO call without anyone pasting it.
- Each call is reviewed once against the closer framework, so a manager can see why deals close or do not, per closer.
Connecting
Fathom connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Fathom.
- Connect with an owner's or admin's API key on a Fathom Team plan to receive every closer's shared recordings through one connection.
- If your closers are on separate Fathom plans, leave this unconnected and have each closer connect their own key from their own settings instead.

What PYLO reads
- Each recording's transcript, Fathom's summary and action items
- Who was invited and who recorded it, to find the PYLO call it belongs to
It does not read:
- The video itself, which stays in Fathom
- Recordings the key's owner cannot see in Fathom
