Community

Whether customers join your Circle or Skool community after they buy, and which paying customers have stopped showing up.

Read as Markdown

Community tracks what happens after a sale in your Circle or Skool community. It shows how many new customers joined, how many have gone quiet, and which customers are still paying but no longer showing up. Those are the people to reach before they stop paying.

Who can open it

Owners and admins, because the page names customers. Anyone else who opens it is told it is for owners and admins.

The figures need a community tool connected: Circle directly, or Skool through Zapier. See Circle and Skool. If community activity is not yet switched on, the page says so. PYLO switches this on for your workspace.

Choosing a period

Set Deals from and to, then click Show. The page opens on the last 90 days. The period decides which customers are counted, by when their deal happened.

Customers from deals in this period

The section shows how many customers joined your community and how many members have gone quiet. What each figure counts is in What the figures mean, at the end of this page.

Skool does not report whether members are active, so Skool members count towards joining only. Only Circle members are in the gone quiet figure.

Still paying, gone quiet

This section looks at customers from the last year, whatever period you picked above. It lists customers who have gone quiet or left the community but whose latest successful payment came after they were last seen. For each one you see their name (linked to their lead page), which tool they are quiet on or have left, when they were last seen and when they last paid.

The At risk figure is explained with the others at the end of this page. The page also counts customers who went quiet and have made no payment since.

When nobody fits, it says "Nobody right now."

Common questions

Why is a Skool customer never shown as at risk? Skool gives PYLO no activity figures, so PYLO cannot tell whether a Skool member has gone quiet.

Why does a figure say it cannot be shown? A share with nothing to divide by, for example no members on a tool that reports activity, is not shown as a percentage.

A lead's own community status also appears on their lead page.

What the figures mean

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.
