Forms
Build application forms your leads fill in, share them by link or embed them on any site, and read every response with its source, score and drop-off.
Forms replace Typeform and Tally for your funnels. You build an application here, share its link or embed it on your own page, and every response lands as a lead with its answers, source and score. A qualified applicant books straight onto your calendar with their details filled in.
Who can open it
Owners and admins. It sits in the Marketing hub.
Making a form
Press New form and pick a starter. Application is the shape operators run on Typeform: easy choice questions first, then name, email and phone, then capital, with a jump to a polite ending for anyone under your bar. Contact details only gives you name, email and phone to build from. Every new form is a draft until you publish it.
Your agent can also build a form with a plan you approve, from your funnel's template or from the questions you use today.
Questions
The Questions tab lists the questions in order. Drag a row to move it, or use its arrows. Open a question to change its words, its type and whether it needs an answer. A form needs an email question, because that is how an applicant becomes a lead.
The question types are short and long answers, email, phone with a country picker, number, money, single and multiple choice, dropdown, yes or no, rating, date, link and a consent box.
Choice answers can carry points, and number, money and rating answers can carry points by range. An answer can also disqualify on its own, whatever the score. Applicants never see the points.
Filling a custom field
Under More settings, Custom field to fill picks one of your custom fields for the answer. The list only offers fields the answer can fit: a money question can fill a money, number or text field, a date question a date or text field. Each answer is checked again when the form is sent. One that does not fit is not written to the field; it stays on the response, and Results marks that response so you can fix it by hand.
The consent box
A consent box asks to text or email the applicant. Its words are what they agree to, so write them as you want them kept. The box starts unticked and never stops anyone applying, and it shows your privacy policy and terms links beside it, which carriers check before they approve your number. A tick files the consent on the contact, and Messaging only texts people with consent on file.
Logic
The Logic tab holds the jumps: if an answer is something, go to a later question or end the form. Jumps only go forward. A jump cannot skip the email question, so every path makes a lead.
Endings are where a jump can finish the form: a message, a page of yours, or the booking step. Someone who does not qualify never sees the booking step.
After the last question sets the pass mark, your booking link and whether the calendar shows as the last step of the form, and where applicants who do not qualify go.
Tracking keeps the UTM tags and click ids on the link always, plus any other link parameter you name as a hidden field. It also turns on keeping answers as people type.
Design
Show one question at a time, the way Typeform does, or every question on one page. Add the brand's logo, colours, font and button shape. The preview beside the builder shows the form as applicants will see it.
Publishing
The builder saves as you go. Nothing reaches applicants until you press Publish. Once a form is live, your edits wait as unpublished changes until you press Publish changes, or Discard changes to drop them. Unpublish stops a form taking applications.
Sharing
The Share tab gives you:
- The link, for an ad, a DM, a bio or an email. UTM tags you add to it land on the lead.
- A script that puts the form on your page and grows with it as people answer. It passes your page's UTM tags on to the form.
- A popup button that opens the form over your page.
- A plain iframe for site builders that strip scripts.
- A QR code to download.
Results
The Results tab shows the last 7, 30 or 90 days:
- Views, starts and sends, with the share of each that went on.
- Time to finish, the average and the median.
- Where people stop: for each question, how many saw it and how many stopped there.
- Started and stopped: people who began and left, with what they typed, so a setter can call them. They are not leads until they send the form.
- Responses, newest first, with Qualified and Not qualified filters and Export CSV. A response whose answer did not fit its custom field says how many were not written; hover to read why.
Moving from Typeform
Import from Typeform reads the form your workspace has connected. It checks first and tells you what it would bring across, then makes the form here as a draft and imports each completed response once, with the lead it belongs to. Logic, endings and design are set in the builder. Old responses run no follow-ups.
Spam
Every form has a hidden field that only bots fill in, and a limit on how often one address can send. Cloudflare Turnstile is added when your PYLO deployment has its keys set.
