Connectors

Meta Ads

Connecting Meta Ads to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Read as MarkdownGenerated from PYLO's live description of itself.

Meta Ads connects to PYLO so that:

  • Cost per lead, per booked call, per show and per close, per campaign and per funnel, from spend PYLO read rather than typed.
  • Blended customer acquisition cost across every customer won.
  • Return on ad spend against cash collected and against revenue booked.

Connecting

Meta Ads connects by a token from your account you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Meta Ads.

You provideWhere to find it
system user access tokenIn Meta Business Settings, open Users, then System users, add the ad account to a system user with ads_read, and generate a token.
ad account idThe number under the account name in Ads Manager, with or without act_ in front.

What PYLO reads

  • Daily spend, impressions and clicks per campaign and ad set, in the ad account's currency
  • Campaign and ad set names, so spend can be tied to the UTM campaign on each lead

It does not read:

  • Leads Meta counts as conversions: PYLO counts its own leads, calls and cash
  • Other ad accounts in the same Business Manager
  • Spend converted into another currency, which PYLO never does
