What the workspace sent by text and email, what arrived, what people did with it, and why sends failed.

Choose SMS or Email, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and whether to count every send, only workflows, or only one-to-one messages.

What it shows

• Totals. Sent, delivered and failed, and for email opened, clicked, replied, bounced, unsubscribed and marked as spam. Every rate shows the two counts it comes from.
• By day. Sent, delivered and failed for each day in the period.
• Why sends failed. Each error code with what it means and how many sends it stopped.
• By number. For texts, how each sending number did.

Export CSV downloads the same figures with the filters you chose. A figure PYLO could not measure shows as absent, never as a zero.
