Everyone who bought, from the day they paid, with their onboarding steps, overdue instalments and refund window, and who is at risk.

Students follows your buyers after the sale. Each student shows which onboarding steps they have done, whether they are behind on a payment plan, and when their refund window closes. The ones marked at risk are the refunds to prevent.

Who can open it

Owners, admins and ops. It sits in the Leads hub, beside Leads.

How a buyer becomes a student

A buyer is enrolled when a recipe does it on a won call or a paid invoice, or when your agent enrolls them. Every starter template brings a recipe that enrolls each buyer, which you switch on from Recipes. A buyer is enrolled once, however many payments come in.

The three steps

Each student has three steps: joined the community, kickoff call booked, and first win logged. Click a step to mark it done. PYLO records who marked it and when. A student with all three done shows as onboarded.

Who is at risk

A student is at risk when any of these is true:

• They enrolled a week or more ago and a step is still open.
• A payment plan instalment is overdue.
• Their refund window closes within three days and no first win is logged.

The reasons are listed under the student's name. At risk at the top shows only those students.

Cohorts

When your workspace runs cohorts, each one is a tab. A new student joins the cohort that started most recently, unless the recipe or your agent names one.

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.

Activation to first build

Students who have sent proof of a build, as a share of every student with a valid activation.

• Counts: Students with a first build, out of Students.
• Shown to: owners, admins and ops.

Active in the last 14 days

Students who sent proof or opened the portal in the last 14 days, as a share of every student with a valid activation.

• Counts: Students active in the last 14 days, out of Students.
• Shown to: owners, admins and ops.

Builds per student

Builds completed over every student with a valid activation, including those who have built nothing.

• Counts: Builds completed, out of Students.
• Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
