Live calls shows the team's calls in PYLO's dialer as they happen, and refreshes on its own every few seconds.

Who can open it

Owners, admins and ops.

On a call now

Each call in progress: the rep, the lead (or the caller, for an incoming call), whether it is ringing or connected, how long it has run, and whether it is being recorded.

Today by rep

Each rep's calls today in your workspace's time zone: dials, connects (a person, not a voicemail box), talk time and calls booked, and who is on a call now. Pick-up rates across every dialer you use, imported ones included, are on Activity.
