Domains

Serve your PYLO pages on your own domain, with the DNS records to add and automatic HTTPS.

Read as Markdown

Settings, Domains puts your pages on a domain you own, such as join.yourbrand.com.

Who can open it

Owners and admins.

Adding a domain

Type the domain and press Add. PYLO shows the records to add where the domain's DNS is managed: a CNAME for a subdomain, or an A record for a whole domain, and a TXT record named _pylo-verify that proves to PYLO this workspace holds the domain. Vercel sometimes asks for a TXT record of its own too. A subdomain is easiest, because your main website stays where it is.

PYLO checks the domain every ten minutes, or press Check now. Once every record is found, PYLO's TXT record included, it shows Live, and HTTPS is issued automatically. Pages go live on a domain only once PYLO finds its TXT record, and a domain that loses the record stops serving at the next check. Removing a domain this workspace never verified does not touch anyone else's use of it.

Which page opens

Opens on picks the page the domain's own address shows. Every published page is also at the domain followed by its address, for example join.yourbrand.com/webinar.

Removing a domain

Remove stops serving pages there. The pages stay at their PYLO address.
