Messaging health
How much each channel may send today, and whether carriers and inbox providers are happy with what it sends.
PYLO follows GoHighLevel's deliverability rules and pauses sending before a provider does.
Texts
- The ramp. A new account starts at 500 texts a day. A day that fills the cap moves it up a level after a 24 hour pause, through 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,500 and 5,000.
- Quality. Once 500 texts have gone out, PYLO watches the opt-out rate and the share of texts carriers filter (error 30007) over 7 days. Crossing the warning line raises a warning, and crossing the restriction line pauses workflow texts for 12 hours, then 24 hours. Replies keep working.
- Warm-up. A domain moves up a stage by sending its full day. A missed day pauses the climb and does not reset it.
- Domain health. Healthy, at risk, critical, new, recovering or shared, with the reasons. Bounces, rejections by Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook, and spam complaints each show with their counts and their lines.
Restrictions
Every restriction so far, with the channel, the reason and how long it lasts.
