Transfers

Move a client workspace to another PYLO account, or take one on, with both sides agreeing before anything moves.

Read as Markdown

Transfers moves a client workspace from one PYLO account to another. Both sides act: one account offers the workspace, the other accepts, and nothing moves until it does.

Who can open it

Any member of an agency on the Pro plan can open the page. Only the account's owner can offer, accept, decline or withdraw a transfer. Everyone else sees the page with a note saying so.

Your handle

Your handle is what another account enters to offer you a workspace. An account with no handle yet cannot be offered one.

Offering a workspace

Under Offer a workspace, choose the Workspace, then who it goes To:

  • An account on PYLO: enter the other account's handle.
  • Somebody new to PYLO: enter the new owner's email, their name and their account's name. PYLO makes them an account on Basic and emails them a link to accept. It has no free trial, because the workspace is already running, so it is billed from the day it arrives.

You can add a note for them. Before you confirm, the page says how the transfer changes your bill. Press Offer workspace. An offer waiting to be accepted is listed here, with Withdraw to take it back; the workspace stays on your account, and on your bill, until it is accepted.

Offers waiting on you

Waiting on you lists workspaces other accounts are offering you, with what each would add to your bill. Accept moves the workspace to your account from today, and the other account's operators lose access to it. Decline leaves it where it is.

Payouts already recorded stay with the account that made them. The workspace's commission rates move with it.

History

History keeps every workspace that moved in or out of the account, and every offer declined or withdrawn. For a workspace you gave away, Download payout history saves the payouts that stayed with your account as a CSV file.
