Team
Team board
Who owes a form or an end of day, how each rep is doing, and the sales ops jobs, in one place for managers.
The team board is the sales manager's view of the team. It shows who still owes a form, how each rep is doing for the period, and which sales ops jobs are switched on. A manager's own AI agent reads the same figures, so what you see here is what your agent says.
Who can open it
Owners, admins and ops. Reps see their own figures in the rep app and from their own agent, never the team's.
Missing forms
For one day (yesterday by default), each person who owes something:
- calls with no recorded outcome;
- an end of day report not filed after the workspace's cutoff (before the cutoff nobody is late);
- dials with no result logged.
If the workspace has agreed an amount per missed outcome, the total at that rate is shown beside the person. It is a count: PYLO changes nobody's pay unless the workspace has switched that on.
Remind privately sends that person a reminder by Slack direct message, or to their phone through the rep app when they have no Slack user id. Nobody is named in a channel.
The board
Each active closer, setter and SDR for the period: dials, pick-up rate (dials over 40 seconds), calls booked, the share confirmed, closes, close rate and cash collected.
Two show rates sit side by side, because teams count them differently:
| Column | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Show rate | Held calls over held calls plus no-shows. Cancelled and rescheduled calls are in neither side. |
| Booked to held | Held calls over every call booked. |
Anyone under 70% show is flagged. Cash is in the workspace's currency, and the board says whether commission is paid on cash collected or after processor fees.
Sales ops jobs
The jobs post to the team's own Slack or Discord channels at their hour, in the workspace's time zone:
- the day's call list each morning;
- calls with no recorded outcome each evening, and the month's count on the 1st;
- end of day reports not filed, after the cutoff;
- deposits waiting on a remainder, the leaderboard, and the daily and Sunday reports;
- rep bootcamp items waiting for a manager's review.
Tick a job to switch it on. A job with no channel posts nothing and says so. From an agent, set_sales_ops_jobs switches jobs on and names each post's Slack channel by its name; PYLO's bot must be in the channel.
Name people in channels is off by default. While it is off, the missed outcome, end of day and deduction messages give the channel counts only, and each person is reminded privately. An owner or admin can turn it on.
From your agent
A manager connected with the team:manage permission can ask for the same things in words: "who missed a form yesterday?" (list_missing_forms), "rank the setters on pick-up, confirm and show" (get_team_board), "whose lead scores are out of line?" (list_score_outliers), "three of Sam's calls from this week" (get_rep_calls), "prep my 1:1 with Sam" (get_one_to_one_brief, then save_one_to_one), "last week's tracksheet" (get_tracksheet), "give the post-webinar list to Sam and Jo" (assign_call_list), "nudge whoever hasn't filed" (send_nudge), "review Sam's 3pm: discovery 3, pitch 4" (save_call_review) and "Ria's mock call was good" (review_ramp_item, which ticks a ramp step no read can see). list_number_checks shows closes with no payment, payments with no closed call, and end of day figures a rep changed from the logs.
Adding, changing or removing a rep is on the Team page, or plan_team_change from an agent.
