Leads
Pipeline
Your leads by stage on a board, with counts, money totals and the time each lead has spent in its stage, moved by dragging or from the keyboard.
The Pipeline page shows every lead in a pipeline as a card in the column of its stage. It works like the opportunity board in Close or GoHighLevel, on the leads PYLO already holds.
The pipelines
Every workspace has two pipelines from the start, and they are each lead's own record:
- Lead status: applied, qualified, low budget, call booked, confirmed, no show, closed won, lost and disqualified. Cards belong to the lead's setter.
- Opportunity: applied, scheduled, confirmed, showed, closed won and lost. Cards belong to the lead's closer.
Moving a card on one of these changes the lead itself, exactly as editing the status on the lead's page does. Owners and admins can add pipelines of their own, such as a webinar pipeline or a sales pipeline, under Pipelines. A lead can be in several pipelines at once.
Who can open it
Everyone on the team sees the board. Owners, admins and ops move cards. Setters, closers and SDRs move their own leads' cards (and edit their custom fields) when an owner turns on Reps can move their own leads in Settings, Pipelines; otherwise the board is read only for them. Changing the pipelines themselves is for owners and admins.
Columns and cards
Each column shows its stage, how many leads are in it and, when the pipeline has a card value, the total value of its leads in each currency. Totals in different currencies are never added together. A stage flagged won or lost carries a tag.
Each card shows the lead's name, its value, its owner and how long it has been in the stage. Time in stage comes from the last move PYLO recorded into that stage, or from the lead's own dates (applied, booked, closed, lost) when no move is recorded. When neither is known the card says so rather than guessing. Fields an admin chose to show on board cards appear under the name.
A column shows its first 50 leads. A column with more than 500 leads marks its count with a plus, and its total covers the first 500.
Moving a card
- With a mouse or a pen: drag the card to another column and let go. The column it will land in is outlined.
- On a phone: press and hold the card for a moment, then drag. A quick swipe still scrolls the board.
- From the keyboard: move between cards with the arrow keys. Press Space to pick a card up, the left and right arrows to choose the stage, then Space to drop it or Escape to put it back. Enter opens the lead. Each step is read out to a screen reader.
The card moves at once. If someone else moved the same lead a moment before, PYLO puts the card back, says so and refreshes the board, so two people never overwrite each other.
Every move is recorded with who made it, when, and the stage it came from and went to. The lead's page shows its recent moves, and a workflow can start when a lead moves stage (see Workflows).
Filters and the list
Search by name or email, pick an owner (or leads with no owner), show only leads that have been in their stage for a while, or filter on a custom field, such as capital more than 5000. Clear filters shows everything again. The filters are in the address, so a link opens the same view.
List shows the same leads as a table, with a stage menu on each row to move a lead without dragging.
